Harvested in the cool mornings, these sugar snap peas are sweet and refreshing. We grow our peas in the Spring months when temperatures are cooler, providing you with a perfectly crisp, sweet pea. Our snap peas are irrigated with buried drip and are all harvested, sorted, and packed by hand.
Peas do best when kept cool and moist. An easy way to achieve this is by wrapping them in a damp paper or cloth towel, and putting them in a cold drawer of your refrigerator. We recommend rinsing and eating them within a few days of purchase, up to 1 week.
